After battling with my own acne and skin confidence for years, I decided to take my personal confidence truly into my own hands. I quit my full time job as a PA and started my Diploma of Beauty Therapy at Elly Lukas College. That was 8years ago and I have never looked back.
After completing my diploma I took my career through an experience in beauty salons, 5 star day spas and into managing multiple sites and teams of girls. Through this adventure I really found my passion for skin therapy. How ingredients work on the skin, how the skin can adapt and change through corrective and active products. How far you can take the skin and the results with new advances in technology. I became obsessed and extremely driven and passionate about skin. Through this adventure with the help and guidance of senior skin specialists, my own acne and scarring cleared up. My life truly changed. Cliché I know… but it really did!! When I first meet clients its really important to me to find out “what do you want” I want to know exactly what the client expects from their first treatment. I use my knowledge, along with my honest advice and experience to provide them with not only an incredibly relaxing treatment, but also a fantastic result, homecare advice and the knowledge and education to further their skin health at home. I love performing skin peels, not only do you get a WOWZER result but as a therapist you can truly give the client so much love and pampering. Who said results and relaxation don’t go hand in hand? Micro needling is another fave of mine. Sure it doesn’t tickle, but those results!! Woohoo! And once that mask goes on and that neck and shoulder massage begins….. its worth every single needle prick. I love skin and am so blessed to be able to perform in this industry everyday.
